About Coach

I started CrossFit in 2018, and from the very first session, I was completely hooked. I became a certified holistic nutritionist in 2016 and was a personal trainer before diving into CrossFit. Now, these three passions have beautifully merged into my full-time profession. I own my own business focused on nutrition and fitness and am fully committed to coaching at CFA and being actively involved in the community. My primary goal has always been to help people. I feel incredibly blessed to be a coach and trainer, guiding others to achieve their goals related to health, fitness, overall wellness, and so much more. This isn't just a job for me; it's my passion. I strive to live the life I encourage my clients to adopt, truly practicing what I preach. I believe that health and wellness revolve around lifestyle changes, not fad diets or quick fixes. It's about dedicating time and effort, embracing the journey with all its ups and downs, where consistency is essential. I’m a CrossFit addict and a fitness nut, constantly studying nutrition, health, and fitness. I love outdoor activities like hiking, running, and climbing. I constantly challenge myself to tackle tough tasks, knowing that it's all part of the process of improvement—striving to be better than I was the day before. I believe in doing hard things and facing the challenges we often avoid because I know that we grow stronger through the struggle.
